Get-away Highlights

* Got there and back without a hitch
* Traffic is HORRENDOUS

* Water is officially my bestfriend

* I am NOT cut out for hard labor but I tried my best to help out at the site and now I can barely move - soresoresoresore as hell!

* Ate at subway, burger king, chinese restaurant, hotel and NONE of the food was good

* I can down 3 cups of coffee like its nothing

* My mom and I were the Queens of ghetto this trip for soooo many reasons

* I've never appreciated my shower as much as I do now
* I cant read maps to save my life

* Be open to meeting people - you never know what cool people  you may meet

* I am terrible at alphabetizing things

* My mom hates Glee and I hate her country sing-a-longs

* I spent 75 cents on a super cute rubber ducky from a toy machine

* Mother Nature is on crack - can't make  up her mind 

* People think my mothers my sister or comment that we look a lot alike - never fails

* I have always thought my mother was an excellent driver - those beliefs are now being questioned

* One of my female co-workers is secretly SHE-HULK

* Worked 12 hours straight on Thursday

* My mother is super anti-social - who knew

* Gas in VA is soooo much cheaper than MD

* My ITOUCH made the trip that much more fun

* I am now determined to go to Tysons Corner Mall

* When faced with the pressure of congested traffic people tend to lose their minds and forget how to drive
* The country side is soooo relaxing

* Seeing all my co-workers/managers in casual clothes was weird

* bk means Burger King

* Subway now has guacamole (snap)

* My mother sometimes acts like my little sister

* My dad really missed us - especially my mom =)

* Stayed at Knights Inn - awesome prices
* I can't spell for crap
* Shooting rabbits with arrows is more fun then shooting angry birds at random animals

* Spending quality time with my mother was awesome
* Explored the Grand Cavern (pictures below)
