Thursday I am supposed to go to SVA for work purposes and my mom offered to drive me. She said she wanted a day off anyway. With that in mind I figured why not stay the night there instead of just doing a day trip. That way we could relax and explore a bit.
Me: Let's just stay the night at a hotel and enjoy ourselves
Mom: (excited) What would we do!?
Me: Oh... I dunno.. go to the caves or .. something (shrug).. anything really - just get away and relax
Mom: OOO YAAY!
My mom sounded just like a 5 year old - it was pretty cute. I am pretty excited to get away even if for just a little while. Just me and my mom. The drive wont be as bad as driving with my boss like I was supposed to. I joked with my friend and told him I was going to call/text him during the drive to see how hes holding up by himself. Our boss is an older lady, whose really cool but not the type you chat with or sit with for 3 hours.. plus who knows what type of music will be playing .. ooooo mannn. Good stuff. So I guess I lucked out =p
Looking forward to seeing to location tomorrow and praying that I wont die from the extreme heat since its supposed to hit 100 tomorrow (DAMMIT). Hm I wonder if they are feeding us... or where we're supposed to meet... or where to park.. or what time we're finishing up... or if we are supposed to meet in the morning first... I shoulda asked huh. WELL!..................................................
Btw im out 7am.... F M L. My moms like okay be sure to get up at 6am. HA HA. Shes funny. Took my shower - packed my ish - got my clothes ready... deff snoozing till 6:45am - wash my face, brush, change, make coffee annnnnnnnddddddddddd im good to go.
