So proud of ALL my alums and graduates! Like the loser that I am I didnt carry my camera with me to any of the events so I used what I had lol Just because you're not here doesnt mean I dont love you too =) Sucks I could not make it to UMBC's ceremony (just HAD to get sick that week ::tears::) But I appreciate the friends who called to tell ME congrats cause they thought they saw me walk across the stage. Nahhh not yet haha. Soon enough though.. soon enough.
It's so hard to believe 4 years have already gone by - seriously where did all the time go? Its amazing how fast we move through life. College was certainly an adventure. Met so many great people. Made some really great friends. Learned a lot of valuable things. Struggled through a lot of trials. Procrastinated like hell. And felt so accomplished after passing huge hurdles both academically and personally.
I really couldnt be more proud of all my friends and family who have survived this hell called college - you guys deserve it. Honors or no honors - it is an amazing accomplishment to earn a degree - in ANY field - be it art, biology, engineering, psychology, english or math. Be proud of your accomplishments and talents. Some have plans right after college some are still lost. Its okay. Enjoy life. Take time to plan out your own future. Jobs may be hard to come by but you'll do great things. Dont waste your degrees - use them to pursue higher achievements and goals. We will miss you all as we continue the horrid college process but shall find comfort knowing you're going through hell in grad school (lol) Jk.
